3. While you're at it, do pioneering quests. (Since the initial version didn't have these quests yet.) I heard you need to have high leveled hero seals to get Garcia Hingis.
so umm, I sort of stopped when Nunez wanted me to look for some key in Tetra Ruins. Got lazy.
4. Get FT Pass!

5. Level up at Torsche's Mansion Annex

6. Take this chance to collect the strange thinggy drops.
7. Pray to get 20 of each before the FT pass ends.

So right now I was training at the Annex. Never thought it would be a really pretty place.
I especially liked this part of the mansion:
Viki's quest asks for a lot of low leveled items. Of course, I'd want to save money and at the same time increase my family level and finish the pioneering quests also. With creating my new three characters, I'm able to do all of those and of course have new characters in my barracks whom I could use for the CORAT series. These comic/novel-fanfics come with a price, you know.
So I have exams this week and needed to review so I told myself that by 12pm (+8GMT) I had to get at least half of the required strange items required for Viki's quest.
Mission, almost success:
I heard that the strange clocks are the most difficult to get. But if you can see there, it was the item which I was able to get the most. (Considering I started with Zero Clocks since the other strange items, I was able to get around 3-7 from my previous stay in the mansion. That was ver2.2. I believe.)
I know this wouldn't help much, but this next area you'll see in the screenshot was the very place where I got most of my clocks during my 8-12 hour training spree.
It may be that this spot has a lot of strange clocks or high drop rate (both probably due to the relative higher spawn rate than other areas) or it may just be pure luck. It won't hurt if you try.
So while I was turning my GE off, I was going to lower the settings so I can afk train and surf the net at the same time (since a high setting eats a lot of my PC's memory), I had to take screenies of the strange items that I was able to acquire...
and lo and behold!
Cabosse!!!
and tons of it!
I didn't know I had cabosse. I initially thought that during the Jack Frosts Era (pioneers from seaGE would remember this), I only kept the Cabosse 99%. I didn't think I kept the Cabosse also. So that makes:

I can now start with Viki's quest since its the 300 Cabosses and the strange items are the quest items which can be acquired before activating the quest. The next difficult (and expensive) part in Viki's quest will be getting his skill book.
